The current COVID-19 pandemic is causing significant delays in our distribution centre and in Australia’s Post networks. This could affect the timeliness of your order’s dispatch and delivery.

With limited staff operating at our warehouse, your purchase might take 1-2 extra business days to be packed and dispatched.

Once your order is collected by Australia Post, delivery could take between 10 to 14 business days depending on the area you’re located in.

We are still shipping to New Zealand, with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 12 business days according to the latest updates from New Zealand Post.

Orders can be tracked through Australia Post’s tracking tool using the tracking number emailed to you upon dispatch. No signature is required at delivery.

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays across the postal service, due to massive demand and worforce constraints. 

It is estimated that deliveries within and into Victoria could take between 13-17 business days to reach destination, according to the latest reports.

Please note that any lodgements made in other States destined for Victoria may be held in those States for up to 3 business days to allow Victoria to work through the present demand.

Within Australia, Black Pepper sends parcels via the Australia Post E-Parcel service so please allow 1-10 days for delivery. If you have specific needs please contact our Customer Service Department on 1800 001 399  or email at

A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated post office.

For international orders, we send our parcels via Australia Post International Registered Post service.  Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We charge a flat rate of $25.00 on all international orders, excluding New Zealand which is a flat rate of $9.95.
